Project Overview

Clarity is the leading ppm (project portfolio management) tool in the industry. Used by project managers and project administrators in large tech companies such as Apple, Boeing, and hundreds of other Fortune 500 companies. Collaborative Work Management is a new section of Clarity designed to be a more user-friendly and simple experience compared to the robust feature-set of the rest of the platform.

The Problem

Enterprise software is often difficult to use. Thankfully our product team has multiple channels to connect to our customers and to hear what frustrates them and what delights them. The problem with Clarity was that because the platform was so functionally rich, it was too difficult for the lower end administrative users to track their tasks and the things they needed to do. This is where CWM comes to the rescue. CWM is designed to alleviate the frustrations from trying to navigate through a complex platform.
